IV Bag Filling Line, BFIL Series
BRAM-COR’S BFIL Series, IV Bag Filling Line fills IV bags according to cGMP regulations. AISI 316L mirror polished SS comprise all BFIL System parts that come into contact with fluids. The BFIL is PLC controlled and features options to modify the software according to specific system requirements; including vacuum extraction, gas or sterile air injection.

Further, both The BFIL-SXX and BFIL-AXX type capping process is automatic; avoiding the challenging operation of manually inserting the plugs into the filling pipe.
The feeding of the plugs can be both manual or automatic (through vibrators), the capacity of which depends on the kind of plug used. A wide range of optional extras, such as dedicated sterile laminar air flow hoods, integrated conveyor belts, ink jet printers are available for all BFIL Systems. Each BFIL System requires only one operator, and up to 4 different BFIL A Systems can be integrated into one line (reaching an overall capacity of around 6,000 bags/h of 500 ml). One of the most important innovations of the BFIL IV Bag Filling System is the hydraulic circuit. Since the BFIL Series Systems are completely linear and steady, the cleaning and sterilization processes are simplified, ensuring a perfect sterilization. Each BFIL System features a special drop grill which collects solution droplets or leakage.
